Do I need to be physically fit to start the program?
Not at all! The program is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re just starting out or already active, I’ll tailor the plan to fit your current abilities and help you safely progress.
How do the sessions work?
We’ll meet for 1-on-1 coaching sessions, where we’ll go over your plan, review your progress, and make any necessary adjustments. You’ll also have access to follow-up support between sessions.
Can I do the program on my own, or do I need regular coaching?
You’ll receive all the tools and resources to work independently, but you can choose to schedule check-ins for extra support and progress tracking. The more consistent you are, the better the results!
How do I get started?

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, my services are private and not insurance-based. I offer flexible payment options via Stripe, bank transfer (ACH), and checks.
What happens if I miss a session?
No problem – if you happen to miss a session, we’ll simply reschedule to ensure you’re staying on track. While you’ll miss out on that week’s content, we’ll always find a way to keep you moving forward towards your goals. Life happens, and I’m here to help you stay consistent!
