We start with a detailed assessment of your current mobility, balance, and home safety. Together, we’ll identify your biggest challenges and set achievable goals.

Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (12 Sessions)

Receive expert guidance through private, 45-minute sessions designed to meet your needs. Every session includes customized exercises and strategies to help you gain strength, balance, and confidence.

Customized Home Exercise Plan

Between sessions, you’ll have a personalized plan to practice at home. These exercises are tailored to your progress and ensure continued improvement.

Monthly Progress Reviews (3 Reviews)

Stay motivated with regular check-ins to measure your progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust your plan as needed.
